This application has been filed for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent authorities, particularly the District Magistrate, Begusarai for adjudicating the claim of the petitioner who has not been

Patna High Court CWJC No.23339 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/3 appointed as Anganwari Sevika at the concerned Anganwari Centre and the appointment letter has been issued to private-respondent no. 6.

The appointment of private-respondent no. 6 has been challenged by the petitioner before the concerned C.D.P.O. as also before the District Programme Officer but till date, the complaint / representation of the petitioner has not been adjudicated.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to prefer a fresh representation before the C.D.P.O. of the concerned district within three weeks from today, which shall be disposed off by the concerned C.D.P.O. within a period of 30 days of the receipt of such representation. In case no order is passed on such application within the aforesaid time, the matter would automatically get transmitted to the office of concerned District Programme Officer, who shall decide the matter in accordance with law. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the adjudication of his claim, she would be at liberty to approach the Divisional Commissioner for the needful by way of
