2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 130 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the deceased was used to be harassed and tortured and she was done to death at the hands of the accused persons due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is father-in-law of the deceased. He has submitted further that the FIR itself shows that there was allegation of demand of a motorcycle in dowry. The petitioner being an old person, has no concern with the alleged demand. 5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is also involved in torturing the deceased for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Class, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 130 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
