But, from the record, it transpires that this case has been listed upon petition for urgent mentioning on 15.07.2024 by Mr. Brisketu Sharan Pandey, Adv. on record. 3.From the record, it transpires that the grievances of the petitioners are against East Central Railway through its General Manager, Vaishali at Hajipur. According to the Central Administrative Act and Rules, the remedy to the petitioners lies

5/5 against the East Central Railway is maintainable before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

4. As such, the present writ petition stands disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to avail their remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
