2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a 67 years old Bhaisur of the deceased and he is in custody since 30.05.2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
