Petitioners are an accused in connection with Thave P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 27.08.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each
