That this writ application is being filed by the petitioner above named for issuance of appropriate writ, order and direction to the respondents authorities concerned for ensuring construction of the petitioner's house in presence of local administration with local police force which has early been stopped forcibly by local musclemen with unsocial aliments by filing falls compliant which has already been enquired properly and decided in favour of the petitioner after that the

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
