JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 03.08.2019. The first information report reflects that general allegation of demand of dowry and torture has been leveled against the petitioner and moreover, the impugned order goes to show that the doctor could not form opinion regarding the cause of death and the viscera of the dead body of the deceased was sent for chemical examination.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
