2. The petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2023 in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 319 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of stealing a truck.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has been roped in connection with the present case only on the basis of his own confessional statement. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 319 of 2023.
7. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Bhagwatpur P.S. on 1st Sunday of every month failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
