Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Taraiya PS Case No.263 of 2017, registered under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act as well as under Section 67(A) of the I.T. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as another co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.10353 of 2018 on 12.04.2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Bittu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
