The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 194 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of one country made pistol, one live cartridge and an un-numbered Appache motorcycle from the petitioner herein when he was caught by the police and search was made.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent, he is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 03.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the

No.79534 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 petitioner immediately upon completion of six months of his custody i.e. w.e.f. 03.09.2019, subject to such condition as may be imposed by the learned court of Judicial Magistrate I, Siwan in connection with Daraimda P.S. Case No. 194 of 2019. The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
