This is application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 36 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 500, 509, 504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition on behalf of petitioner no. 1 namely, Krishna Kumar as he has already been arrested. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn
