JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2019 In the present writ application, the petitioner's grievance is that he has been working as Secretary of Gram Kachaheri, Gauri Pundah Panchayat, Fatuha under the district of Patna, but he has not been paid honorarium for the period of ten months, from April,2018 to January, 2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Block Development Officer, Fatuha, Patna to examine the petitioner's

Patna High Court CWJC No.24319 of 2019(2) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 grievance for payment of honorarium for the said period and take a decision in accordance with law. If the petitioner is found to be entitled to the aforesaid honorarium, the same shall be paid within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
