The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 342/323/308/498 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is husband of Opposite Party No.2. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.
Considering the chances of future settlement, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75452 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No.234 of 2018, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
