Informant, a police official during course of patrolling, found three persons in suspicious condition, who seeing them tried to escape. They were chased and during course thereof, two of them were apprehended while one managed to escape. Petitioner happens to be one of them. During course of search, master keys were recovered from the possession of the both apprehended accused who, on interrogation, confessed that they are engaged in motorcycle theft.

Petitioner has got a single case as a criminal antecedent and is under custody since 14.08.2019. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Gopal
