Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Digha PS Case No. 293 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 34, 120B of IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the third attempt of the petitioner to seek regular bail. It is next submitted that petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 88602 of 2024 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 9-5-2025. 4.

The Court has perused the order dated 9-5-2025 in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81415 of 2025(2) dt.26-02-2026 2/2 Cr. Misc No. 88602 of 2024, as such is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
