JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 22-12-2025 This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the full salary of the petitioner for the period 01.07.1992 to 10.01.1996 for having worked as Forest Officer in the Department of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of Bihar during the period mentioned above.
2. Considering the facts that the petitioner has
Patna High Court CWJC No.19094 of 2025(2) dt.22-12-2025 2/2 approached this Court seeking a direction for payment of salary for the period 01.07.1992 to 10.01.1996, I am of the view that there is an inordinate delay in filing the writ petition.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of delay and laches.
