The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 71 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the accused persons having committed theft in the house of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement made by one Dinesh Chaudhary and the said Dinesh Chaudhary has been granted bail by this Court by an order dated 03.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20469 of 2017. It is further submitted that neither any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor T.I. Parade has been held.

No.29064 of 2018 (3) dt.19-07-2018 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 71 of 2014.
