JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2021 Though the present writ petition was filed for payment of death-cum-retiral benefits of the father of the petitioner Late Vishwanath Singh, who had died in harness while working on the post of Peon in the office of the respondent no. 3, but during the pendency of the present writ petition, the entire death-cum-retiral benefits have already stood paid, as is also acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed in view of the fact that the entire grievance of the petitioner has now stood redressed.
