The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 186 of 2018 registered under Sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. They are not named in the First Information Report. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. No.75559 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 186 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
