JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in jail since 15.03.2018. He further submits that the petitioner is the only bread earner of the family.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody for nearly three months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
