2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 217 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused in the murder of the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 20.08.2023.

5. The petitioner is suspected to have killed the deceased because he was having a relationship with the deceased but there is not evidence against the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-II, Supaul in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 217 of 2023.
