2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after fabricating of forged agreement in connivance of employee of the Gaya Municipal Corporation, the order dated 25.04.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2210 of 2020 was obtained by the respondent no. 6 who shall the writ petitioner of that petition. The present petitioner through letter no. 1312 dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.18522 of 2024(2) dt.05-12-2024 2/2 12.06.2024 made his representation to the Municipal Commissioner, Gaya with a prayer to enquire into the matter but his representation is still pending before the Municipal Corporation, Gaya.

3. The Municipal Commissioner, Gaya is directed to conduct the enquiry and dispose of the representation of the petitioner as early as possible.

4. With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
