Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Muffasil (Gaya) P.S.Case No.316 of 2012 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 379 & 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioners have taken Rs.5,000/- from the informant and have not returned the same, thereafter they again demanded and when the informant refused, they has forcibly taken away some amount from the shop.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they were earlier working in the shop of informant and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74448 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 later on they left the job and started working in the adjacent shop, due to which the informant annoyed and lodged the present case. They have no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Mofassil P.S.case No.316 of 2012 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
