Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.150 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Section 387 of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated by the police on instance of enemy while the petitioner is neither concern to the Mobile No.9097436294. Further submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the confessional statement of one Navneet Kumar. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a
