JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 04-08-2025 After short argument, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach before the concerned authority under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Union of India to deport the petitioner along with her three childrens.

2. The aforesaid prayer was not objected by Mr. Anshay Bahadur Mathur, learned counsel appearing for Union of India.

3. Considering the aforesaid, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4. However, the concerned authority/Ministry of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87625 of 2024(10) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 Home Affairs, Union of India is directed to take appropriate steps to deport the petitioner along with her three children, at earliest, in accordance with law.
