ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kazimohammadpur P.S. Case No.237 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he is in no way connected either with the informant or the accused persons and had never participated in any such occurrence. It is further submitted that the main allegation is against one Kumar, who is the brother of one Roshan Kumar. It is further submitted that the present petitioner is also having clean antecedents.
