2. The petitioners have prayed for issuance of an appropriate writ restraining the respondents from demolishing the part of his house situated on his raiyati land for widening of NH-122 running from Jadua to Murli Tole without acquisition and/or payment of compensation and/or for the same.

3. There is nothing on record and/or sale deed to show that the land belongs to petitioners and in that case, they are well advised to approach the appropriate authority/Court for the redressal of their grievance.

4. Ms. Soni Srivastva, learned counsel for the NHAI submits that the matter actually relates to NH-122B and not NH122 and there is nothing on record to show that any acquisition/encroachment/demolition has taken place.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to seek remedy in accordance with law. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
