2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner will file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi for redressal of the grievance, as the petitioner wants that Panchyat Sarkar Bhawan be constructed in the headquarter village. The petitioner has given the description of village in paragraph no.1 of the writ petition.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the District Magistrate is directed to
Patna High Court CWJC No.417 of 2024 dt.15-02-2024 2/2 call for the records relating to the concerned village from the office of Block Development Officer and ensure to take action immediately for construction of the Panchyat Sarkar Bhawan at appropriate place in accordance with Government's guideline without any further delay in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
