1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 11.05.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No.18667 of 2017, the final order has been passed by the Circle Officer, Sasaram on 14.06.2023 under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and thereafter, the encroachment in question has also stood removed, hence it is submitted that the

Patna High Court MJC No.3503 of 2023(6) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. This Court finds that neither there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner nor any rejoinder affidavit has been filed to controvert the aforesaid assertion made by the opposite parties in the show cause filed before this Court, hence this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 11.05.2023 has stood complied with.
