JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 28-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Awadhesh Kumar Pandey, learned senior Central Government Counsel for the Union of India.

2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(i) To issue rule in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to make payment of retiral dues including salary for the period w.e.f. 1995 to 30th April, 2010 the date on which the petitioner was to be superannuated from service of NCCF on attaining age of 58 years.

(ii) To command the Respondents to make payment of all consequential benefit w.e.f. 1995 the day

Patna High Court CWJC No.23416 of 2019 dt.28-11-2019 2/2 on which the petitioner was terminated till final order in departmental proceeding up to 30.04.2010.

(iii) To direct the Respondent to make payment of the entire dues with suitable interest for undue harassment and mental agony for such a long period of 25 years.

(iv) To grant any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is legally entitled."

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already filed a representation before the respondent no. 3, copy of which is Annexure-7 to the present writ application. It was submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to dispose off the representation.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which is Annexure-7 to the writ application and is dated 14.08.2019, if already not disposed off, expeditiously, and in any case, within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
