2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42221 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the compliance of the said order could not be made within the stipulated time owing to gap in communication as the petitioner was in Goa at the relevant time.

4. For the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of the order dated 11.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42221 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
