2. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the petition with regard to name of police station.

3. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 18-10-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66471 of 2023 by which, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that in the prayer portion of original bail petition of Cr. Misc. No. 66471 of 2023, "to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3370 of 2024(2) dt.19-01-2024 2/2 Samastipur" has wrongly been mentioned in place of to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur and that is why, same mistake occurred in the order dated 18-102023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66471 of 2023.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 18-10-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66471 of 2023 is modified to the extent that "to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Samastipur" mentioned in paragraph-7 of the order be read as "learned ACJM-II, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur. The time for surrender of the petitioners in the court below is extended for further four weeks from today.

6. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 18-10-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66471 of 2023 (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/AKV U T
