2. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 615 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 308(6), 322, 115(2), 126(2), 74 and 352 BNS.

As per FIR, which appears lodged on the basis of Complaint Case no. 603 of 2025, as pressed before learned CJM, Sasaram at Rohtas, speaks that petitioner in connivance with other co-accused persons by impersonating the husband of informant executed sale deed regarding ancestral land in favor of one Santosh

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for petitioner that petitioner is bhanja (nephew) of the husband of the informant and upon his request only he visited registry office alongwith purchaser of the land. It is submitted that this petitioner alongwith his mother implicated falsely with present case as to keep them away from partition issue of ancestral property. It is submitted that petitioner not appears beneficiary of alleged land deal as same was executed in favor of one Santosh Kumar. It is pointed out that merely on the basis of variation of age in Aadhar Card, present case was lodged. While concluding arguments, it is submitted that petitioner found involved in one more criminal case where he is on bail.

5. Learned APP duly assisted by learned counsel for the informant while opposing the prayer of bail submitted that petitioner in connivance with accused persons by way of impersonating husband of the

In view of aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of fact as dispute primarily appears civil in nature, where maximum allegation appears available against this petitioner is to accompanied co-accused persons to registry office, accordingly above-named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram /concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 615 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
