2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Rail Bhagalpur (Bhagalpur GRP) P.S.Case No. 113/2018/ST No. 364/2024.

3. While rejecting the bail petition of the petitioner in Cr.Misc.No. 51264 of 2024 under order dated 11.02.2025, it was observed by this Court that if the trial is not concluded within as period of six months, the petitioner may renew her prayer for bail.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the stipulated period has lapsed, but the trial is still continuing.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-XIII, Bhagalpur in connection with Rail Bhagalpur (Bhagalpur GRP) P.S.Case No. 113/2018, ST case No. 364/2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and remain present physically before the learned court below on each and every date.
