The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 349 of 2019 registered under Sections 414, 468, 471, 477, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) and 41 of the Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of F.I.R. itself, it appears that petitioner was not present at the time of occurrence. There is no specific allegation against him. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
