====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, son of these petitioners kidnapped daughter of the informant. It is further alleged that when the informant enquired about the whereabouts of the victim, these petitioners abused the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the victim in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has not supported the prosecution case. She has stated that she herself left the house and reached Delhi with the petitioner. Presently, she has married him in a temple and is living with him in Bikramganj, Rohtas. Court has assessed her age to be 18 years.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial
