JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-02-2020 The grievance of the petitioner in the present application is regarding discrimination in the matter of grant of promotion to the post of headmaster in the light of Memo No. 484 dated 31.03.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced others have been considered and they have been granted promotion to the post of Headmaster and the

Considering the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed with the direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhagalpur to verify the record and if it is found that similarly circumstanced others have been granted promotion as Headmaster, the case of the petitioner may be considered for grant of such promotion. Necessary notice/steps in this regard may be taken by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhagalpur within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
