This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 26.09.2025 passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 191 (3) , 190, 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109, 103 (1) , 352, 351 ( 2 ) and (3) of BNS and 27 of Arms Act and sections 3(i)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Dilip Kumar alleged that on 26.06.2025 at about 10:00 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this appellant armed with various weapons came and this petitioner fired upon the
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4588 of 2025(2) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 brother of informant and other accused persons assaulted his brother and also abused informant and others. It is further alleged that in the aforesaid occurrence , brother of informant died.
4. Considering the fact that appellant is one of the assailant and other circumstances of the case , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed.
