This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Baniyapur P.S. Case No.153 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under section 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He is alleged to have stabbed the deceased. The petitioner is in custody 09.05.2023.

Since the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U
