2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceeding

Patna High Court MJC No.4191 of 2024(4) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 against the opposite-parties contemnor for their wilful and deliberate violation of order dated 29.07.2024 passed in CWJC No. 10988 of 2024."

3. Mr. Helal Ahmad, learned counsel for the Bihar State Sunni Waqf Board (for brevity, 'the Board') has come up with letter no. 3644 dated 08.10.2025 to show that appropriate steps have been taken for filing eviction application before the Waqf Tribunal, Patna.

4. Mr. Ahmad further submits that 'the Board' shall be taking immediate steps to inform the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna as also the Sultanganj Police Station to ensure that the property of 'the Board' remains intact and is not misused by the elements who are evading notice repeatedly.

5. This Court expects 'the Board' to take care of its own land and appreciating the efforts of the petitioner that the same has been brought to the notice of 'the Board', the contempt petition stands disposed of.
