2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 64(1) & 318(4) of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that one Sabiya Parween went to petitioner for Dua-Tabiz. The petitioner lured her into physical relationship which resulted in her pregnancy. It is further alleged that the petitioner frequently used to call her with Tabiz to engage in physical relationship with her.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

No.85578 of 2024(3) dt.20-03-2025 2/2 petitioner has submitted that in this cae the trial has started and the victim has given her deposition before the trial court and in her deposition she has stated that nothing was done by the petitioner and that even she does not identify him. The petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2024.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State. The learned counsel for the informant is present and he has admitted that parties have compromised.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court of A.C.J.M. - VI, Darbhanga in connection with Nehra P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024.

7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
