In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 222 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 323, 504, 506, 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that marriage of the informant was solemnized with the son of petitioner no.1 according to Hindu law. After some time, the accused persons started assaulting the informant for dowry, whereupon, she left her matrimonial home and came to her Maike. Further allegation has been made that accused persons are not bringing

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant itself has left the house of the petitioners and herself is not turning up, for that a legal notice has also been given to the informant. He further submits that the petitioner no.1 is the father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is the brother-in-law and petitioner no.3 is the sister-in-law of the informant.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Barauni P.S. Case no.222 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
