This application for regular bail arises out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 366 and 376(G) of the Indian Penal Code. On the petitioner's prayer, the regular bail was earlier rejected twice by this Court. In the present case, the report was called for from the trial Court for the present stage of the trial. The report has been received from which, it appears that six prosecution witnesses have been examined, including the investigating officers and the doctor. Three witnesses are still to be examined. The said report is of 14.02.2020. Since the trial is at advance stage, I am not inclined to entertain this application for bail for the present.
