JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 9.2.2018, seeks bail in Chakai PS Case No. 87 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B), 328 and 34 of the IPC.

Submission is that wife of brother of the petitioner after some quarrel committed suicide by taking poison, the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and he seeks bail on the ground of parity as father-in-law has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 18238 of 2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Angrej Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM IIIrd Jamui in connection with Chakai PS Case No. 87 of 2017.
