1. Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.65850 of 2025, but the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated 17.09.2025. It is further submitted that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek anticipatory bail.

3. The Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application.

4. The prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail
