Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while selection of the land for construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in Gram Panchayat of Raj Tulsigarh, Nalanda, the guidelines of the State Government, जापक-2 प०/प०/ स०भ०-0939/2020 (खंड)/8354/ प०/ रा०पटना, dated 30.08.2022 is not being complied.
3. In that view of the matter, the petitioner may raise
Patna High Court CWJC No.18406 of 2024(2) dt.03-12-2024 2/2 his submissions before the District Magistrate, Nalanda who shall dispose of the matter within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
