2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c), 29 of the NDPS Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 30 k.g. of Ganja including some other articles were recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and the petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2023. He further submits that co-accused has been granted bail by this Court on 10.04.2024 vide Cr. Misc. No. 85635 of 2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Darbhanga/concerned Court below in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 346 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Nayagaon Police Station, Begusarai on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
