Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No.156 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies. The informant is not the eye witness of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the vehicle in question. The rice which was loaded on the aforesaid vehicle does not belong to this petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a
