2. With consent of the parties, the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.
3. The petitioner has prayed for grant of following relief :- "1. (i) For commanding the respondents to grant matric trained scale of pay to the petitioner w.e.f. completion of 3 years of the appointment in the light of the order dated 11.04.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.7322 of 2017 (Abdus Samad Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. (Annexure-P/6)
Patna High Court CWJC No.19296 of 2025(2) dt.01-12-2025 2/3 (ii) For commanding the respondents to grant all the consequential benefits.

After advancing some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the aforesaid relief claimed in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 04.10.2025 (Annexure-P/9 series) before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai (respondent No.6) which is still pending and no final decision has been taken on the said representation. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued by this Court for disposing of the pending representation of the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a time frame.
5. To the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondent-State does not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai (respondent No.6) to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2025 (Annexure-P/9series) within six months from the date of production of a copy of this order after giving an opportunity of

While disposing of the representation, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai (respondent No.6) will particularly examine as to whether the petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioner of C.W.J.C. No.7322 of 2017 and C.W.J.C. No.24751 of 2018 and if the petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioners of these writ applications, then the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai (respondent No.6) will consider granting similar benefit to the petitioner.
7. Needness to emphasis that the final order which shall be passed by District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai (respondent No.6) should be reasoned and speaking order.
8. With the aforesaid observation/direction and liberty granted, the present writ application stands disposed of.
9. All pending I.A.s, if any, is deemed to have been disposed of.
