For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Vinod Kumar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Smt. Asha Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 25.4.2018, seek bail in Bodhgaya PS Case No. 216 of 2016 registered under Section 387 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that when the informant side wanted to erect boundary over the plot of a land then petitioners reached there, one Rupali Gosai demanded five lakh rupees as extortion and threatened to capture the land. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is land dispute between both sides over same piece of land and on account of that false allegation of demand of extortion has been leveled and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Jageshwar Chaudhry and Ruplal Gosai are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Gaya in connection with Bodhgaya PS Case No. 216 of 2016.
